Superior Siteworks is a full service civil site work and underground utilities contractor. Our company offers excavation, underground utilities (water, fire, sanitary and storm work), grading, dirt work, paving, concrete work, and more! We have experience in working on both small and large projects and put forth the same effort no matter the size.

Earthwork
Our Process
Superior Siteworks prepares property for pre-construction. Clearing of unwanted trees, brush, and debris from the project site. The excavation team then digs and shapes storm drainage ponds, swales and other soil related tasks. Following the dirt management, our grading crews cut and level the roadways, building pads and parking lots for the initial phasing of the job.
Underground Utilities
Our Process
The utility construction phase involves setting in place all the underground utilities for the infrastructure and future operation of a project. Superior Siteworks’ crews trench and install pipe and conduit for the safe and reliable flow of water, storm drainage, sewer service, force main and fire protection. Our sewer crews set shallow or deep lift stations, even in difficult environments.
Site Development
Our Process
The finishing touches include asphalt and concrete paving which prepares a job site for the flow of people. Concrete sidewalks provide avenues for pedestrian traffic, while curbing can border landscape islands as well as manage the flow of storm water to proper drainage. The asphalt or concrete paving, road signage and traffic striping set the stage for vehicular traffic for both residential and commercial use.
